The hotel was built in summer 2003. The hotel was built of wood in the traditional style of the Russian North. The Hotel is located in 6 buildings, 5 of which are designed to accommodate guests (4 buildings with 20 seats and 1 per 12 seats), including: 35 standard, 7 junior suites, 4 suites. The restaurant seats 100 guests are offered dishes of Russian and European cuisine.
