The attitude to dress quite informally, European clothes made elsewhere, but tracksuits are unlikely to generate awareness in restaurants and cafes. People in "inappropriate" as simply not allowed in most restaurants and even more so - at official events. Evening clothes rather informal, but conservative, and based on local traditions (Serbs and Montenegrins with this piety belong to their national costume). For a foreigner compliance with local standards of clothes for such cases is not necessarily - just the presence of long pants or dresses, and shirts or blouses in classic style (in some cases - a jacket).
