Malta Climate

Mediterranean with hot summers (June to September about 23 C) and mild, relatively "wet" winter (+14-16 C). The precipitation is about 530-570 mm. per year, mostly in the winter. But even in winter prevails clear and sunny weather. At the end of summer with the African continent often come in hot and dusty wind, sirocco, a large part of the same year, dominates the north-west "Mistral" and the warm sea breeze. Humidity most of the year is rather high.
