Lebanese Pound - equal to 100 piastres. In circulation are banknotes of 50, 100, 250, 500, 1 000, 5 000, 10 000, 50 000, 100 000 coins and 250 pounds and 500 pounds.

U.S. Dollars and French Francs are exchanged and accepted everywhere. Exchange, import and export of foreign currency is unlimited.

Banking hours: Monday - Friday: 8.30 am to 12.30, Saturday - from 9.00 to 14.00, Sunday - closed. Service credit cards: American Express, Master Card, Visa Card, Diners Club.
