Festivals in Bayreuth, Germany
Berlin Calendar loaded to the limit annual fairs, festivals and concerts. Berlin Film Festival, the second largest in the world, held in February. Christopher Street Day is a big and cheerful City Parade (June), in early July was a huge Love Parade. Berlin Jazz Festival held in October, and Christmas are massive sell-offs, many of which also turn into a real celebration.
In Hamburg held International Tourism Fair "Reisen Hamburg, International Exhibition Hansebut" etc.
Across Germany are winter festivals, becoming in the big cities in the massive carnivals. The rich musical heritage of Germany is the basis of many music festivals. Some cities are accented on any single composer - Thuringian Festival Bach in March or Festival of Wagner in Beirut (July). Others pay their tribute to a particular musical direction - Festivals of Jazz in Frankfurt (March) or Stuttgart (April) is particularly popular.
Autumn - during numerous celebrations, devoted to the harvest, especially agricultural and wine-growing regions - in the Rhineland is Festival of Lights and fireworks, the Munich Beer Festival is held the famous "Oktoberfest" (September - October), and in every winemaking region is a holiday devoted to what a particular grape variety or the patron saint edge.
