Exchange "travellers checks" and foreign currency can be in the banks (the most favorable rate), exchange points for travel agencies and shopping centers, hotels (U.S. only), airport. Banks are open from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 15:00. Exchange offices generally operate from 9:00 to 17:30.

Most shops are open from 9.00 am to 18.30 (Monday - Friday), from 9.00 to 13.00 (Saturday). Large stores are open until 22.00 hours, supermarkets can work around the clock.
